The min/max levels insure that stock is always available to fill orders. The minimum levels are established based on lead times to replenish the stock. These levels are examined and adjusted periodically to accurately reflect changeable ordering patterns. Forecasting and Reorder Process: Forecasting is necessary to insure that proper stock levels are embroidery maintained. When we roll out a uniform program for a new client, forecasting can lab be challenging, coats since in many instances there is no ordering history.
