Every six months an ISO auditor audits our procedures to ensure we are in compliance. To improve control and turnaround time on orders, we have implemented a bar-code tracking system. This system was designed to keep track of every order within our facility and help speed up the order coat fulfillment process. At any time we have embroidered several hundred ship tickets for orders being processed through our building. These tickets accompany the garment and instruct personnel what needs to be done to the product i.e. embroidery, silkscreening or hemming. Every evening these tickets are scanned, and a report is then generated. The operations department reviews lab this report, and any missing or problem tickets are identified and corrected before the start of the next shift. Within the next several months this bar-coding system will be linked to our web site so any customer will be able to coat track an order within our facility. Based on the location of their order within our facility, they will be able to embroidered determine when their order will ship.
